The first one is called “Induction”. This training explains all good practices they must follow and what they don’t. It is a general training carried out by all new workers.

After that, HSE team organized on site specific trainings in order to train workers how they must use safety equipment provided. For example, labours who are working on the edge of towers must know how to use safety line to avoid any deadly fall.

Before start the work, HSE manager made a kick-off meeting which explained specific tasks, specific risks. Every morning, foremen make a start talk. The purpose of this meeting is to have a 360° look about conditions on site. All these trainings are carried out by trained officer to ensure safety on site and avoid any accident.

Rules are very strict on the site. You must wear at all time Personal Protective Equipment: helmet, protective glasses and safety shoes.  Safety signals are providing on the site to remind good and bad practices.

HSE department is in charge of the safety on site. All around the site, you can find safety officers wearing grey equipment. They act to prevent any accident and danger and to check with workers are respecting rules.
